In the municipality of El Pinell de Brai,a village destroyed during the battle of the Ebro, was built  ‘Les Veus of the Front' (The Voices of the Front), the first interpretive centre of the public network of museums of the battle of the Ebro in  Terra Alta's regions. Inaugurated in 2004. ‘Les Veus of the Front' is an exhibition about the role of the press and the propaganda during the battle of the Ebro from all the points of view: inside the frontline, between two frontlines, between the frontline and the rearguard, in the rearguard, and abroad.

‘Les Veus of the Front' divides its 100 m2 of surface in five exhibitions. The first is dedicated to the role of the press and the propaganda inside the two fronts, the franquist and the republican. The second analyzes the propaganda generated by the two armies for destabilize the enemy, the consigns trench to trench, the thousands of pamphlets launched in aeroplanes or the continuous radio messages. The third one analyzes the relation between the front of war and the rearguard, often an adulterated news from the frontline to encourage the people. Then, the museum analyses  the propaganda generated from the rearguard -rallies, campaign masses, parades and acts of honor-. The exhibition concludes with the vision from the foreigner of the battle of the Ebro.

The centre combines a sample of posters, cuts of press and other formats of the propaganda of the period (originals and reproductions) with several audiovisuals and the exhibition of the necessary instruments to spread the propaganda, like typewriters, telephones and printings of campaign.

The centre of interpretation of Pinell of Brai is situated in the polyvalent centre of the municipality, in the Major street.
